At Akacia, we always want you to love what you buy! However, if something is not quite right, we are here to make it right.
- We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40
- UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 per order – free for order over £40. 2-3 business working days delivery on all orders
(placed before 5:30pm) - UK Next Working Day Delivery - £6.50 – free for orders over £60.
- Orders placed after 5:30pm will be processed for the next working day.
- Same-day delivery: Akacia offers same-day delivery through Deliveroo on all our
products in Manchester! Simply use the QR code on our website or search ‘Akacia’
on deliveroo.co.uk to place your order and enjoy fast, reliable delivery.
*please note –
If your order has not arrived, you can get in touch with us after 10 working days from
the estimated delivery date for standard shipping, and 5 working days for next day delivery.
We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are requested to be left in a safe
place, with a neighbour, or sent to a parcel forwarding company. In these cases,
Akacia is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages, and we are not
obligated to offer replacements or refunds.

Returns Eligibility:
You can return any eligible product within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- In a resealable condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened beauty products.
- Skincare, haircare, or cosmetics that have been unsealed
- Personal items such as razors, tweezers, or cotton pads (unless faulty).
How to return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@akacia.co.uk with your order numberand reason for return. We will then provide a return address and any next steps.Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are processed to youroriginal payment method within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges and Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.We will arrange a replacement or refund – no fuss!
Product Sensitivities and Reactions:
Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we recommend patch
testing before full use. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reaction
to products where a patch test was not completed, unless the item is faulty or
